Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support the Central Expansion Sales Team by developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

You will collaborate with sales, sales development, and campaign marketing to plan and execute activities, manage regional events end-to-end, and report ROI and budget performance, maintaining a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Proven success in managing field marketing programs with enterprise sales teams.
• Strong project and time management and execution skills.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events within budget.
• Develop creative campaigns to solve regional challenges.
• Set goals and metrics for each event and lead flow.
• Coordinate regular sales outreach and bi-weekly meetings.
• Maintain cross-functional internal field and events communications.
• Support industry events through logistics planning.
• Represent Snowflake at partner and vendor events.
• Maintain quick email/slack responsiveness (24h).
• Generate ROI reports for events and campaigns.
