Appfire seeks a collaborative Field Marketing Leader for the Americas to drive regional pipeline growth and customer engagement through programs, events, and partner initiatives across North America and LATAM. You will work with Sales, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and partners to execute campaigns aligned with GTM objectives.

The role emphasizes owning events from strategy to post-event analysis, managing budgets, and measuring ROI, within a fast-paced B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of field or regional marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning events from strategy to execution, with budgeting and post-event evaluation.
• Proven ability to develop partner marketing plans and regional campaigns driving pipeline.
• Strong collaboration with sales, channel and partner organizations.
• Experience with joint marketing initiatives and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field programs.
• Excellent project management, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with campaign and ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop Americas field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and GTM objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize regional events and partner programs.
• Create joint webinars with partners and manage cross-functional campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for high-quality delivery.
• Measure KPIs and ROI; report on campaign performance.
• Own regional marketing budgets and forecast spend.
