Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver onsite and remote IT infrastructure support on university campuses in New Jersey. You will respond to outages, configure and install hardware, and help customers maintain secure, reliable networks in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of Windows/Mac OS support, ticketing experience (ServiceNow preferred), and knowledge of AD, imaging tools, and Office 365.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 1–3 years of help desk experience in a medium to large environment.
• Microsoft Office support, including Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow preferred.
• Knowledge of Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Associate degree in IT or closely related field; MCP/CCT/A+/Net+/ACTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to campus users.
• Respond to outages promptly and manage tickets in the queue.
• Configure, install, and support hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers).
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, and manage Office 365 accounts.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and administer access controls.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty support and training sessions.
• Travel to campuses for training and project support as needed.
