Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Field Engineer in New Jersey to provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity, and coordinate with global IT teams to deliver reliable end-user services.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows/Mac support experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires on-site presence at client sites and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Mac OS, and office applications.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain user accounts and access rights.
• Document repairs and manage inventory of spare parts.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 when needed.
