Job summary

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC is seeking a Field Service Representative to support George Mason University campuses. The role focuses on hands-on IT infrastructure, hardware provisioning, and end-user assistance across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

You’ll manage tickets, configure and deploy devices, assist with VoIP and network services, and coordinate with vendors for warranty support. A proactive service mindset and ability to operate in a campus setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 2+ years of help desk experience in a medium to large environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint Online; Google G‑Suite, Zoom, Schoology.
• Experience documenting procedures and following tech standards.
• Experience with workload management using a ticketing system; ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and resolve issues.
• Respond to outages promptly and manage onsite appointments within SLA.
• Configure, install, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and peripherals.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments as needed.
• Administer Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Online; cloud accounts.
• Manage tickets and escalation processes; track equipment and inventory.
