Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with IT focus and solide experience in laboratory IT or general IT.
• Experience installing and evaluating complex laboratory analyzers and IT products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote and on-site installation of IT product solutions at a customer site.
• Assess customer needs and set installation expectations within timeframes.
• Validate IT solutions to ensure effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
