Job summary

Bavardio is seeking an engineer to integrate client systems and deliver actionable insights for operators. This remote role with occasional travel to customer sites centers on connecting CRM, monitoring, and communications stacks, and shipping automation that reduces manual work.

You will work closely with operators and leadership to ensure data accuracy, build production-ready reports, and extend Bavardio's capabilities across diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

• Shipped software that real businesses depend on.
• Comfort across the stack: Python services, SQL, APIs, and frontend basics.
• Able to read unfamiliar systems, locate the truth, and explain it to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Bring new operators live by connecting CRM, monitoring, network, and phone systems and validating data.
• Generate reports for leadership with traceable numbers from underlying records.
• Build agents and automations for customer workflows from first contact to production.
• Create integrations with billing, CRM, network monitoring, radio and fiber vendors, and telephony.
• Generalize patterns from one operator into product benefits for all operators.
• Be the trusted engineer for a NOC lead or support manager to ensure accurate outcomes.
