Bavardio is seeking a Network Observability Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will own connectors to monitoring systems and the network map, and you will drive outage attribution and uptime reporting for a NOC. You will collaborate with operators to ensure data accuracy and a dependable product.
You will work remotely with occasional trips, and you’ll engage with multiple vendors and teams to turn data fixes into product improvements that reflect real network conditions.
Give every operator one accurate picture of their network.
Location Remote (US or international with US-hours overlap)
Type Full-time
Operators run hybrid networks: fixed wireless from several vendors, fiber, routers and switches, all watched by different tools. Bavardio brings that into one picture so a NOC can see what is down, why, and who is affected, and so customer service knows before the phones ring. You will own the data underneath that picture. You will build the connectors to monitoring systems and equipment, keep the network map honest, and make outage and uptime reporting something an operator can stand behind.

Why Bavardio
You will work directly with the leadership team. Decisions take hours and nobody convenes a committee. What you build can be in production the same week.
You will meet the operators using Bavardio at conferences, on-site visits, and weekly product calls. They will tell you plainly what works and what does not.
Work from wherever you work best. A few times a year we get together for in-person sprints and customer visits.
Bavardio is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on the strength of your work and the way you think. Background, identity, and where you live do not factor in.
