The role requires healthcare informatics experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to manage field initiatives within a shared-service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharma with 2+ years in health informatics/EHR roles.
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled digital resources and measurement tools.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance in decisions.
