GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled initiatives across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including EHRs and population health tools.

You will educate customers on approved tools, support evaluation and adoption, and coordinate field input across Market Access to ensure governance and policy compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within patient-care settings.
• Experience with inpatient/ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT tools.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities for care improvements.
• Educate customers on HIT-enabled resources and support their evaluation for adoption.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal teams.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and field input.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while following company policies.
