Job summary
GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to cover PA, NJ, DE, and MD. This field-based role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments, including EHRs and population health tools.
You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with healthcare/pharma experience.
- 2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles in care settings.
- Experience with major EHR platforms and clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
- Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify opportunities.
- Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluations.
- Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
- Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools.
- Ensure governance and compliance alignment in decisions.
