Job summary

GSK Health Informatics Manager in Market Access is a field-based role covering PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and governance, focusing on patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

You will educate customers on EHR-enabled tools, contribute to account planning, and ensure decisions stay with health systems while complying with policy and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support and field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while adhering to GSK policies and compliance.
