GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to guide HIT initiatives across PA, NJ, DE and MD, aligning resources with customer needs and clinical workflows, including major EHR platforms.

You will translate insights into improved patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, educate customers on HIT tools, and collaborate with internal teams while upholding governance and compliance norms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to identify opportunities that may improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved HIT resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure governance decisions remain with health systems and comply with GSK policies.
