GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled initiatives across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with workflows and governance, improving patient identification and care coordination.

The role requires leadership in analytics, EHR readiness, and population health solutions, with a focus on patient outcomes and value-based care. Travel across designated states is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation of usage.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure governance decisions stay with health system while complying with policy.
