Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled strategies across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and patient-care environments, spanning EHRs and digital tools.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities, educate customers on approved resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring governance and compliance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or science field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in patient-care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Athenahealth, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and guiding cross-functional teams on EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities to improve care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions.
