Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled care improvements across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including EHRs and digital tools.

You will educate customers on approved resources, translate data insights into practical opportunities, and contribute HIT expertise to account planning while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, practice, or patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and clinical workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
