Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharma industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure decisions align with policies and governance requirements.
