Job summary

The role supports HIT-enabled care delivery across GSK priority areas and partners with health systems to align HIT capabilities with workflows and governance.

The incumbent translates data insights into practical opportunities, educates customers on approved tools, and ensures implementation decisions stay within customer governance and GSK policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years of health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital or practice setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT.
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products, CDS, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance decisions align with GSK policies.
