GlaxoSmithKline in the United States seeks a Health Informatics Manager to lead HIT initiatives across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM, CO, UT. You will align approved HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, partnering with health systems and cross-functional GSK teams.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency, while guiding governance and compliance decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions within GSK policies.
