GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) seeks a Health Informatics Manager for field-based support across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM, CO, UT. You will translate health data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, workflows, and care coordination within Market Access.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources, collaborate with health systems and internal teams, and ensure governance and compliance alignment with GSK policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in care settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance, privacy, and compliance decisions in line with policies.
