Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support and field input.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, and governance decisions per GSK policies.
