Job summary

RTA Fleet in the United States seeks a Fleet Success Ambassador to build relationships, open doors, and fill the pipeline with public-sector fleet opportunities. This field-based role covers the Central or West U.S. territory and entails ~50% travel, including overnights.

You will leverage an established fleet network, conduct discovery, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive qualified pipeline. Compensation includes base salary around $150k plus performance bonus, with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Direct experience in public-sector fleet management.
• Established network within the fleet community.
• Credible presence and industry recognition valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships that lead to qualified Fleet360 demos and new opportunities.
• Use public-sector network to create introductions and build conversations.
• Conduct initial discovery to assess challenges, FMIS, and timing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to prioritize accounts and entry points.
• Use CRM (HubSpot) to manage accounts and outreach.
