Job summary

Continental is seeking entry‑level Field Sales Representatives who will undergo ~6 months of training and then relocate to a US territory. The role blends dealer education with promoting new technologies, while building and maintaining fleets and dealer accounts.

Travel nationwide during training and after relocation, with a performance‑driven culture and opportunities for growth within a global leader in tire solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/equivalent education and 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Ability to relocate within 12 months anywhere in the US.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving record.
• Ability to travel by air and/or car.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of strategic and new Continental Dealers for product education and sales.
• Work at identified dealer locations providing local support to strategic dealers/distributors.
• Improve product knowledge with dealer personnel and teach how to sell Continental's value proposition.
• Identify and target end user fleets to bring business to local dealers or Continental.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Manager and other managers for cross-territory efforts.
