Job summary

Custom Truck One Source seeks an Account Manager to drive sales of trucks and equipment in the Western VA area, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The role targets new prospects, conducts needs analysis, quotes, closes deals, delivers trucks and equipment, and maintains relationships with both new and existing customers.

The candidate will be responsible for hitting sales goals, expanding the customer base, and staying informed about market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales in vocational equipment or truck sales.
• Proven track record of new business development.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used equipment; promote rental product line.
• Prospect, cold call, quote, close and deliver trucks and equipment.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new accounts.
• Use Salesforce for reporting and territory analysis.
• Analyze markets and adjust sales strategies; monitor competition.
• Resolve customer issues and provide practical solutions.
