Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales of aerial vehicles, work trucks, and vocational equipment. You will build long-term relationships with commercial, municipal, utility, and fleet customers.

The role requires prospecting new clients, delivering tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Occasional travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales of commercial vehicles or related equipment.
• Strong understanding of heavy- and light-duty markets and upfitting.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts with utility, construction, and fleet customers.
• Sell aerial vehicles, work trucks, vocational equipment, and upfits.
• Lead needs assessments, present quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate specs and timely delivery.
