Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical, customer-facing team.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud, software, technical consulting, or related domain.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Field Engineering team.
• Partner with account teams to define technical-win strategy and prioritize customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholder audiences.
• Guide discovery, solution strategy, architecture discussions, and adoption planning.
• Establish operating rhythms to inspect progress, health, risk, and impact.
• Communicate clearly, navigate ambiguity, and connect technical recommendations to business outcomes.
• Maintain credibility across Databricks platform concepts, data and AI technologies, cloud architecture, governance, security, and networking.
• Represent customer needs internally and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.
