Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and technical expertise for cloud-managed video security technology. This hybrid role focuses on diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues while contributing to a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.

The role requires 2+ years in Technical Support or related fields, a high school diploma, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Support/Customer Service/Helpdesk
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• CompTIA A+, CCNA, or prior VMS experience is valued

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Support: manage inquiries via phone, chat, email and portals
• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose hardware, software and networking issues
• Detailed Documentation: maintain records in CRM and KB databases
• Collaborative Escalation: work with Senior Support and Development teams to reproduce issues
• Internal Partnership: support Sales, Product and Leadership through communication tools
• Continuous Learning: participate in training and beta environments
• Professional Expertise: degree in IT/CS and networking knowledge preferred
