Qualifications

• 4+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience.
• Technical writing experience and the ability to deliver technical information to a nontechnical audience.
• LTE Network Modem/Router background.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement body cameras, in-car video systems, digital evidence management systems, and real time command center software.
• Act as technical solution owner of a project.
• Provide system as-built documentation.
• Identify interface requirements and coordinate with the implementation team.
• Conduct customer-facing technical requirements discovery sessions for system configuration.
• Build relationships with sales, project managers, and engineering teams.
• Provide customer product training (in-person and virtual).
• Survey, design, install and maintain the infrastructure supporting wireless communications at client sites.
