Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer for remote work across the US with 50-75% travel. You will configure, test, and support Emergency Call Handling solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS applications, and document changes and integrations.

Candidates should have a college degree in Engineering/IT/Technology, 5+ years of relevant experience, cloud troubleshooting skills, and strong knowledge of Windows, SQL Server, VMware/Hyper-V.

Qualifications

Requires a college degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology and 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
Experience deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
Cloud capabilities and troubleshooting including SSO/AD.

Responsibilities

Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and in cloud environments.
Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
Troubleshoot connectivity between local infra and cloud environments.
Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations.
Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
