Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Deployment & Safety Manager for Wireless Services to lead the safety program and support safe project execution across field operations. The role partners with operations, project managers, and subcontractors to embed safety in daily work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in safety leadership in telecom or utility construction, strong OSHA knowledge, and travel ability; OSHA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of safety leadership experience in wireless telecommunications, utility construction, or related infrastructure industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience supporting wireless construction and field operations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and promote a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Oversee field safety audits, PPE checks, and high-risk activity management (tower climbing, rigging, lifting).
• Coordinate safety certifications and training records for field personnel.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA logs and support customer safety audits and regulatory compliance.
