Job summary

Vertafore in mid-Michigan is seeking Customer Support Specialists to deliver exceptional service to insurance industry clients. You will resolve technical and non-technical questions, document cases in CRM, and handle multiple queues with accuracy and speed.

No prior experience required; we provide onboarding and ongoing development. Remote work is possible as needed, with occasional in-office requirements and a tuition reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Provides the highest level of customer support to Industry customers.
• Documents customer cases using CRM system.
• Ability to work in phone queues and meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of customer support to our Industry customers.
• Uses job aids to resolve issues and answers non-technical and technical questions regarding our software products and services.
• Documents customer cases using customer relationship management system.
• Processes daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and productivity to meet performance metrics.
• Supports Agency, Carrier, Provider as well as Individuals in all phone queues.
