Job summary

Dompé is seeking a Senior Manager, Field CRM to strategically own the CRM ecosystem for the US commercial organization. You will bridge commercial strategy with IT/partners, shaping the roadmap for Veeva CRM and Salesforce while ensuring compliance and high field productivity across KAMs, Field Marketing, PAMs, and FAMs.

You will lead cross-functional governance, drive field training and enablement, and oversee data quality, privacy controls, and reporting dashboards to support market-facing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
6+ years in biopharma/commercial operations in pharma/biotech.
4+ years managing life sciences CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce).
Experience supporting field teams (KAMs, Field Marketing, PAMs, FAMs).
Experience with external implementation partners and data consulting firms.

Responsibilities

Own CRM platform ownership and product roadmap across US commercial ops.
Drive UX advocacy and field enablement, including training and Field CRM Advisory Team.
Lead digital capabilities and campaign execution, ensuring integration with dashboards.
Ensure data quality and compliance governance for CRM platforms.
