Job summary

Sierra Solutions is seeking a seasoned CRM Architect in the United States to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions across commercial, medical, field, and patient engagement operations.

You will lead strategic and technical initiatives, align CRM platforms with business goals, and partner with IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Data & Analytics to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 8 years of CRM implementation, architecture, or consulting experience.
• 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Operations and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise CRM architecture and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and designs.
• Lead CRM platform assessments, architecture reviews, and optimization initiatives.
• Architect and oversee implementations of Veeva CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and more.
• Design customer-centric workflows for various business operations.
• Partner with Commercial Operations to enhance territory alignment and call planning.
• Design integrations between CRM and ERP/MDM platforms.
• Support development of CRM dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulations and governance standards.
• Lead CRM projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
