IMEG Corporation is seeking a Field Construction Administrator to provide on-site construction observation and act as a key coordinator among contractors, engineers, and the project team in Austin, Texas. The role supports in-office engineers by monitoring field conditions, sharing project updates, and ensuring work aligns with contract documents on data center projects.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum in building design consulting or construction; 3 preferred. Field experience or skilled trades a plus.
• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. 4 years of related construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent the owner's interest on the project.
• Perform site observations during construction and share information with contractors and engineers as requested.
• Keep design engineers informed of project status, problems, and liability issues.
• Observe work to confirm progress and workmanship aligns with contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to support project objectives.
