Job summary

IMEG Corp. seeks a Field Construction Administrator in Austin, TX to provide on-site construction observation and act as a primary liaison between contractors, engineers, and the project team.

You will monitor field conditions, share updates, and help align work with contract documents, focusing on data center projects. You will maintain daily site presence, document progress, track communications and revisions, and address field conflicts as they arise.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years in building design consulting or construction; field experience a plus.
• Requires at least an associate degree; 4–6 years experience preferred for related roles.
• Ability to travel 100% and work on project sites.
• Familiarity with design processes and interpretation of architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent owner's interests.
• Conduct site observations and relay status to contractors and engineers.
• Update design engineers on project status, issues, and liabilities.
• Document daily progress, meetings, and inspections; maintain site records.
• Track RFI/submittal status and corrected drawings revisions.
• Assist with issue resolution and project closeout documentation.
