Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Field Construction Administrator to provide on-site construction observation in Austin, TX and coordinate between contractors, engineers, and project teams. You will monitor field conditions, share updates, and help ensure work conforms to contract documents, with emphasis on data center work.

Responsibilities include daily site presence, meeting minutes, reports, and resolving field conflicts, while supporting coordination across industrial and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience; 3 years preferred in building design or construction industry.
• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; 4 years minimum, 6 preferred in construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent the owner's interest and observe construction progress.
• Keep design engineers informed of status, problems, and liability issues.
• Document meeting minutes and daily reports on construction status, delays, and inspections.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to support project objectives.
• Review and interpret contract documents and obtain information from design engineers as needed.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and corrected drawings; manage project communications and issues.
