Job summary

IMEG Corp in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site construction observation and coordination for complex projects, prioritizing data centers. You will support RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions while ensuring code compliance and safety across industrial and manufacturing projects.

Required a BS in Engineering, PE license, and 2 years of field experience; travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license required; 2 years minimum experience, 4 preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work on-site at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction observation and coordination.
• Write daily construction reports and document meeting minutes.
• Review contract documents and track RFIs/submittals.
• Support project closeout documentation and safety/compliance.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers for field issues.
