Job summary

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking experienced educational leaders to serve as Texas Field Supervisors. This remote, contract-based role supports teacher interns through coaching, observations, and professional guidance across their certification journey.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, giving growth-oriented feedback, and ensuring timely documentation. Candidates should have Texas certification and significant leadership experience in education.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years of successful educational experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of campus or district-level leadership experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Proficiency with technology platforms, online portals, and virtual communication tools.
• Comfort working in a highly digital and remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations aligned with Texas program requirements.
• Provide timely, growth-focused feedback to improve instructional effectiveness.
• Support interns through coaching conversations and individualized guidance.
• Remediate and recommend actions for interns facing challenges.
• Maintain professional documentation and monitor intern progress and timelines.
• Communicate progress and needs with interns, school leaders, and campus administrators.
• Collaborate with Regional Field Supervisors to address concerns and support needs.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required.
