Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking experienced educational leaders to serve as Texas Field Supervisors and support teacher interns through instructional coaching, observation feedback, and professional guidance throughout their certification journey.

This is a flexible, remote, contract-based opportunity ideal for experienced administrators who are passionate about developing educators and supporting teacher success.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years of successful educational experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of campus or district-level leadership experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Proficiency with technology platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for required in-person observations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations in alignment with Texas program and certification requirements.
• Provide timely, actionable, and growth-oriented feedback designed to improve instructional effectiveness.
• Support interns through coaching conversations, reflective questioning, and individualized guidance.
• Provide remediation support and professional recommendations for interns experiencing challenges.
• Encourage intern growth through relationship-building, encouragement, and ongoing communication.
• Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence when supporting interns through challenging situations or performance concerns.
