Qualifications

• Texas Educator Certification required.
• 15 years of educational experience.
• 5 years of campus or district‑level leadership preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Proficiency with technology platforms, online portals, and virtual communication tools.
• Comfort working in a highly digital and remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching and guidance to interns, including classroom observations and growth‑oriented feedback.
• Ensure documentation and compliance through timely observation reports and portal entries.
• Act as liaison between Teachers of Tomorrow, interns, and campus administrators; communicate progress and needs.
• Participate in professional development sessions and stay current on TEA requirements and program expectations.
• Utilize electronic platforms and virtual tools to support interns remotely and maintain data confidentiality.
