Teachers of Tomorrow seeks Texas Field Supervisors to coach and support teacher interns remotely, conducting observations, providing actionable feedback, and guiding interns through certification processes. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation across electronic systems.

Ideal candidates will be experienced educational leaders with a Texas Educator Certification, ready to work in a flexible, remote contract capacity and travel

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years of successful educational experience.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Comfort working in a highly digital and remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations and provide growth‑oriented feedback.
• Support interns through coaching conversations and individualized guidance.
• Submit observation reports and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with interns, campus administrators, and Teachers of Tomorrow staff.
