Job summary

Teachers of Tomorrow, LLC is seeking experienced educational leaders to serve as Texas Field Supervisors. You will coach, observe, and guide teacher interns through certification, ensuring compliance with state requirements while collaborating with campus staff.

Ideal candidates have extensive educational leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely on a flexible schedule. Local travel for in-person observations may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years of educational experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of campus or district leadership experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and coaching background.
• Comfort working in a highly digital and remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching and support to teacher interns according to Texas program requirements.
• Submit observation reports and required documentation by deadlines.
• Offer remediation and professional recommendations for interns facing challenges.
• Maintain professional relationships with interns and campus administrators.
• Communicate progress, concerns, and support needs proactively.
