Job summary

Medlogix, LLC is seeking a Field Case Nurse Manager- RN to coordinate care for automobile and workers’ compensation claims from a home base in Northern New Jersey. The role involves travel to claimants' physicians and homes, with Monday–Friday hours and no weekends.

Base salary plus bonuses for hours billed, reflective of a strong incentive plan for full-time staff. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years nursing experience, CCM and/or CRRN preferred, and an unencumbered NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing field: 2-3 years.
• Field nurse case management experience preferred (CCM/CRRN).
• Nurse licensure in New Jersey; valid NJ driver’s license.
• Strong ability to coordinate care across healthcare providers and insurers.
• Proficiency with hospital administration concepts and medical management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and insurance carriers.
• Travel to claimants' physicians' offices or homes for case management.
• Monitor and manage auto, workers’ compensation, and health insurance claims.
• Prepare and maintain case documentation and reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for case management activities.
