Crawford is seeking an RN Case Manager for the New Jersey region. This role combines work-from-home flexibility with local field travel across the designated area in New Jersey.

RN degree is required; national certifications such as CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRN are preferred. Experience in workers’ comp case management is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective medical case management in line with URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients and employees with insurance benefits including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
