Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of diverse clinical experience.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• National certification (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management and support patients.
• Review case records and analyze data.
• Coordinate return-to-work plans with involved parties.
• Maintain communication with claims adjusters.
