Job summary

Crawford & Company in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to work from home with local field travel across the region. The role involves delivering medical case management in alignment with URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice, supporting Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management programs.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, prefers national certification, and has Workers’ Comp CM experience.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-effective manner, delivering medical case management aligned with URAC Standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients/employees receiving benefits under insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
