Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Vero Beach, FL area. This full-time field role is remote when not traveling locally, requiring regular in-person patient appointments within the assigned geography.

Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus after one year of service. The role offers comprehensive benefits, mileage reimbursement, home office equipment, and dedicated case management training.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing required; URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN, COHN-S) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury, medications, and job duties considerations.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupation-related factors.
• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers.
