Genex Service LLC in San Diego, California, is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager for a regular full-time, hybrid role. The position requires in-person patient appointments within the local area and travel.

You will work with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to create and implement effective treatment plans, ensure appropriate care, and support return-to-work goals. Eligible RN with 2+ years clinical experience and URAC certifications preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience a plus.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Aufgaben

• Manage field case workloads with prioritization.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to create treatment plans.
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Document status updates for customers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with return-to-work plans and ensure cost-effective healthcare services.
