Control Bionics is seeking a remote, field-based Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the U.S. and cultivate partnerships with healthcare professionals, educators, and organizations.

The role is field-based with regular travel, ideally based in the Central Time Zone. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus eligibility for a company bonus. Benefits include health, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Strong relationship builder who enjoys developing long-term partners.
• Confident presenting to professionals and decision-makers.
• Able to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers with referral partners.
• Meet regularly with customers and prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities where Control Bionics solutions can help.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process from initial discovery through close.
• Develop territory and accounts plans to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help inform business strategy and product development.
• Travel regularly throughout your territory, including overnight travel when required.
