Job summary

Control Bionics is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to grow our U.S. presence. This field-based role requires regular travel and the ability to engage healthcare professionals, educators and partners while presenting our neurotechnology solutions.

You’ll identify new opportunities, manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience. Remote work with travel within the U.S. is expected.

• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable leading conversations with professionals and decision-makers.
• Confident presenting and demonstrating products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers with referral partners.
• Meet regularly with customers and prospects to understand needs and identify opportunities where Control Bionics solutions can help.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process from initial discovery through close.
• Develop territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help inform business strategy and product development.
• Travel regularly throughout your territory, including overnight travel when required.
